We can only become good professionals with the help of others, by giving and receiving feedback. Nowadays, burnout and loss of motivation is one of the most recurrent risk factors. Using the WANDA method, we work with the tools of positive psychology, which gives mediation professionals the opportunity to explore in a structured way, in a confidential environment, the problems and stagnations that they do not yet have a solution to.
