I worked at Partners for 15 years, where I was deeply committed to supporting social change and developing communities. Later my path led me to the academic and for-profit sectors, but I always stayed in touch with the Partners team - volunteering to help further the work.I officially returned in 2024 as a project manager, currently working on Roma inclusion projects.
I work on education development projects because I believe that education is the key to a better life. An innovative educator can make children love learning - and this can be one of the most effective ways to break out of poverty.
I have a wide range of experience in organisational and process development, working in direct contact with nurseries, schools and social institutions, teachers and municipal representatives.
I believe that the key to progress is trust and dialogue. That is why I offer training and coaching on topics such as team building, bias management and assertive communication. I also make active use of coaching tools: supporting people who come to me with stuck issues, questions or a need for change - both individually and in groups.
