In my work, I like people to solve the situations they are in themselves. They talk, listen to each other, accept and respect each other, figure things out, work together to make it happen. I like to be part of these processes, I like to be there for the changes when something new is started.
This is what I keep in mind during mediations, trainings and development work in Roma and non-Roma communities and organisations. It is also important for me that we work together in different professional communities to solve the difficult situations we face, again in cooperation with each other.
My qualifications: mediator, community and organisational developer, trainer, trainer of Roma mediators, case facilitator, restorative trainer.
