It is often a question of where the line is drawn between mediation and couples therapy, how far to go into emotional needs during mediation. Our presenters will try to introduce us to this issue, beyond the legal framework.

We are delighted to be able to look again at the European mediation scene. The International Mediation Institute - IMI  (International Mediation Organisation) mediator, who will introduce his organisation and talk about his mediation experience.

We asked our colleague, a practicing mediator, to give us a concrete case study of online mediation, so that we can prepare for the challenges of online mediation sessions in the long term.
