As litigation becomes more and more difficult, more and more clients involved in divorce cases want to reach a joint agreement before the court proceedings. It is therefore good to know the criteria that the judge will be looking for in a mediation agreement. At our previous conference, Dr. Judit Jeles, lawyer and mediator, spoke briefly about the above and we promised then to continue the topic we had started, now we have a more detailed presentation from her. Our practising mediator colleagues are now also preparing cases so that we can put theory into practice.

We also present you a brochure prepared by the staff of the Family and Child Welfare Centre of District II for parents who, as family support workers and mediators, work a lot with divorced parents and are familiar with the needs that parents express during the divorce process.
