Start time

Event location
Budapest
We invite you to a real training session on the life and work of Marina Abramovic Who went through the wall inspired by the book. Abramovic is telling us that if we start to process the wounds and childhood traumas we have accumulated throughout our lives, we can even see them as a source of strength.
Our training looks at the life and work of the contemporary artist as a source of inspiration.
A woman in the flesh, who dares to reveal herself unvarnished, to reveal her innermost fears, desires and vulnerabilities.
Abramovic, who started out in Eastern Europe, is now a global citizen. A divisive performance artist. Her work exudes a poignancy, sometimes boldness or rudeness, and she lives her life with an expressiveness that has made her iconic as a woman, now 80.
In recent years, he has been running creative workshops for musicians and people working in other arts.
Inspired by this, we believe that the power of a safe community of women can trigger change, mobilise and empower our inner resources and gratitude for the journey we have made.
The practice-focused training gives you the opportunity to:
- look back as a group at the resources we have acquired
- to experience how much we have in common
- to live situations and reflect on ourselves through pair and group exercises
- give constructive feedback to each other, learn ways of coping
- we can find out how understanding can help acceptance
- we will have the opportunity to re-frame our situation and see our strengths to build on in the future
During the day, everyone can create a piece of artwork to help them reflect and serve as a memento of the day.
