In workplace conflicts, the knowledge of professionals within the organisation can help: HR, organisational development, mediators, coaches, ombudsmen. The role of ombudsmen is already in demand in our country. He is not a mediator, but his role can be important, as he meets the parties in conflict and can effectively delegate the parties concerned to the appropriate service.

We now hold our conferences online to give people in remote locations the opportunity to mediators, HR professionals, ombuds persons can also be involved a in professional dialogue. The zoom app allows you to collaborate in small groups and dissolve geographical boundaries both within and outside your country.

Again, we consider it important to exchange views between the participating mediators, so we have also planned small group discussions for dialogue. 

How can I apply?

• If you are interested in attending the conference, please fill in the registration form here at the bottom of the event by clicking on the link below.
• We will send you an invoice electronically in the name of the person who paid the registration fee, and you will be able to pay the fee on the basis of this invoice.This process is manual, so please be patient. 
• The fee for attending the event is: gross 12.500 Ft
• For registered mediators, the participation in the conference can be counted in the continuing training points system.
• 10 points will be awarded for participation in the event.
• Certificates will be sent by post to the postal address provided at registration.
• Limited number of places, so we can offer places on a first-come, first-served basis.
