Event Description
During this training, participants were introduced to a success approach through situational exercises and interactive presentations. Professor Carol Dweck's book, Mindset Shift: A New Psychology of Success, was the first to outline how our mindset can transform obstacles and failures into a driving force for success.
The aim of the workshop is to promote the facilitative role of mediators.
What we do in the training:
- Comparing the fixed and development-focused approach by discussing case studies
- Exercise in self-knowledge
- Mediation situation exercises to reinforce a development-focused approach.
Training fee: 12.000 HUF (TAM)
How to apply:
- Fill in the online application formot!
- Wait for the confirmation email, which will include the invoice.
- Pay the application fee, upon receipt of which you will receive a Zoom link to the training course.
- A certificate of participation, worth one credit point, will be sent by post after the training.
The training is worth 10 points for IM-registered mediators and is therefore eligible for the continuing training scheme.
